If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we are here to help!


We are happy to accept returns of full price items from our online store within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The items must be in the same condition as they were received and in the original packaging with no signs of opening, use or wear in order to qualify for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note you will have to pay for the cost of mailing your items back to us. It won’t be deducted on your reimbursement.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@myosteoboutique.com explaining that you wish to return your item.


Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


If your item has arrived and is damaged, firstly, we're really sorry that's happened. Secondly, within 5 days of receiving the item please send us a picture via email to support@myosteoboutique.com of the packaging and the item so we can look into what happened to try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We will then reship the item to you free of charge.
If the damage is deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear, it will not be accepted as faulty.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. When returning an item from outside of the UK, please make sure to mark RETURN on the label. We will not be responsible for any customs charges that may occur.
 When shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
